The HealthCentral Patient Engagement team selects and engages the appropriate patients to support each customer’s objectives. Our team will:

• Identify & Evaluate – Recruit and screen interested patients/care partners from our member database and social connections to provide clients with vital insights and feedback.
• Coach – Guide patients/care partners to share their story ensuring compliance and preparing them for the particular activity.
• Manage – Direct all aspects of patient engagement including handling permissions, releases, contracts, and logistics, as agreed, to facilitate meaningful dialogue and purposeful engagement activities.
